Australia says sorry

Today, as PM Kevin Rudd opened Australian parliament for 2008 he made an apology to the "stolen generation" of Australian Aboriginals. There was a mixed reaction by the main opposition party.

Regardless of debate about if it is tokenism or the beginning of real improvement for Australian aboriginals, it's certainly a historic moment for Australia.
